Pricing & Payment Policy

Product prices, MRP and pack sizes are set by the local shop selling the item and may differ between shops.

The price you pay is the price shown at the time the shop confirms your order.

MRP is shown for comparison where available; we never charge above MRP for MRP-controlled products.

Loose or weighed items may vary slightly from the ordered weight; you pay for the weight actually supplied where the Platform supports it.

A delivery charge of ₹29 applies per shop; it is waived for any shop’s items above ₹299.

Any handling, small-order or surge charge, if applicable, is shown separately before you confirm payment.

Pickup orders carry no delivery charge.

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) through our payment gateway.

Dookan does not store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or netbanking password. Payments are processed by an RBI-authorised payment gateway.

For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready; delivery partners may not carry change.

COD may be disabled for an account after repeated refusals or failed deliveries.

A tax invoice for the goods is issued by the selling shop where applicable. Dookan invoices only its own service, handling and delivery charges.

GST is charged as per law. Dookan collects or pays tax on behalf of merchants where the law requires it.

Offers and coupons are subject to their stated terms, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or reversed if misused.

Refunds for orders paid partly with offers or credits are made for the amount you actually paid.

Loyalty points are credited on delivered orders and can be withdrawn if an order is cancelled or refunded.
